If you choose this method of shipment and order prior to 10:00 A.M. eastern time Monday through Friday your package will ship the same day and U.P.S. guarantees that it will arrive anywhere within the contiguous 48 states within 3 business days.
Examples:
Order prior to 10:00 A.M. eastern time on Monday for arrival on Thursday provided there are no holidays within the delivery period.
Order after 10:00 A.M. eastern time on Wednesday will ship on Thursday to arrive on the following Tuesday provided there are no holidays within the delivery period.
U.P.S. Second Day Air
If you choose this method of shipment and order prior to 10:00 A.M. eastern time Monday through Friday your package will ship the same day and U.P.S. guarantees that it will arrive anywhere within the contiguous 48 states within 2 business days.
Examples:
Order prior to 10:00 A.M. eastern time on Monday for arrival on Wednesday provided there are no holidays within the delivery period.
Order after 10:00 A.M. eastern time on Wednesday will ship Thursday to arrive on the following Monday provided there are no holidays within the delivery period.
U.P.S. Next Day Air
(You must arrange for this by calling our toll free line)
This method means just what it says. Order prior to 10:00 A.M. eastern time and delivery will be on the following day. (No Saturday, Sunday or Holiday delivery)
SHIPPING TO ALASKA, HAWAII & APOs These packages will be sent via insured Priority Mail.
International Shipping Charges.
Orders to be shipped outside the United States will be contacted via e-mail within one business day with the cost for shipping. We will not ship your order until after we hear back from you and you approve the charge and agree to have the amount added to the total and charged to your credit card.
Due to the huge increase in the amount of international credit card fraud, and troubles with shipping we have been forced to severely limit the countries we currently service. We are extremely careful with international orders and take up to 5 business days to process them.

REFUND POLICY In the event that you are not happy with your purchase you may return it within 30 days for a refund or credit (minus shipping costs). All returned goods must be shipped freight prepaid, in new, unused, and re-sealable condition, and complete with all packaging material, accessories and documentation. We recommend shipping your parcel with insurance against loss or breakage as we do not issue refunds on items that go astray or are broken in transit. If you received free shipping due to a promotion we will calculate the actual shipping cost and deduct that amount from your total refund.
